Therapists with crazy creativity and serious passion for how deep you can go with FST to help pro athletes recover faster and perform better for a longer career.
Ann and Chris Frederick bring all of their passion, skill, creativity and 40 years combined experience providing FST to professional athletes to this course.
Majority of course is all new technique, hands-on skill development with small group teacher-student ratio for most effective learning.
Will also offer other essentials like what your colleagues and we look for when referring athletes to you, how to read an athlete (body, mind, spirit) and where to refer athletes who need specialized care like stem cell or regenerative medicine therapy.
By meeting, working and exchanging with other skilled practitioners in this group, you will have a unique opportunity to grow rapidly in knowledge and skill in a short period of time. At the same time, you will gain a new network of trusted referrals you now know while they will also think of you when athletes need someone in your city.
Our workshops sell out 4-6 weeks in advance! Early registration is encouraged. Waiting lists will be available when a workshop sells out; however, no guarantee is made that a spot will become available.
Written notice 45 days prior to the workshop is needed to transfer or withdraw from a workshop. Please see our Cancellation/Refund Policy for more information.
We strongly recommend that you have current professional liability insurance that includes the service of “assisted stretching” BEFORE you provide FST services. Contact your professional association for more information.
FST does not change your current scope of practice. For those that do not have a scope of practice, we highly suggest that you thoroughly research professions that include “assisted stretching” under their scope. And we further recommend checking with your city and state or provincial governments whether they regulate assisted stretching under your chosen profession. We do not endorse any track of training but one example is personal training certification.
