Most of our assisted mobility & stretching is done on a thickly padded table with clients fully clothed & supported by portable stabilization straps. This enables you to implement our unique system easily, efficiently and very effectively.
A Core 4 on the Floor™ self-stretch program is included in your training to provide clients a home program to maintain gains made in each session. The course breakdown is 5% theory and 95% practical hands on participation.
FST must be done under your scope of practice & is appropriate for all manual and movement therapists, as well as trainers and coaches who wish to implement a proven system of stretching & mobility restoration for pain management, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, athletic performance, mobility and movement re-education and wellness.

*We strongly recommend that you have current professional liability insurance that includes the service of “assisted stretching” BEFORE you provide FST services. Contact your professional association for more information.
FST does not change your current scope of practice. For those that do not have a scope of practice, we highly suggest that you thoroughly research professions that include “assisted stretching” under their scope. And we further recommend checking with your city and state or provincial governments whether they regulate assisted stretching under your chosen profession. We do not endorse any track of training but one example is personal training certification.
NOTE: FST is NOT massage, Pilates, Yoga, AIS, ART or like any other stretching you may have done!
Stretch to Win prohibits anyone working for a stretch franchise from registering for a Fascial Stretch Therapy or LifeStretch certification.
If registered, we reserve the right to refund your registration and refuse entry at any time.
